You know about my work - now
about me. I live in a little village in Ceredigion, West Wales called
Llanarth; it is three miles from New Quay.
I am a very down to earth, straight talking man and the second oldest of four brothers and one sister. I am a born again Christian - I thank the Lord daily for the gift of visual impairment and the ceramics skills I have and am still developing.
Even though I have been visually impaired from birth I have never let it stop me from trying all the things that a sighted person takes for granted, such as: driving a car… under supervision and off-road of course! I play golf ...on the driving range, and spend time go-carting, quad biking and dry slope skiing with the RNIB. I think because of my inability to focus when moving at speed I do not get scared, so I am kind of adrenalin junky! This is all thanks to my Mum and Dad who have never stood in the way of my crazy thrill-seeking decisions, but they have encouraged me in everything.
We as a family have always had pets, I use the word pets very loosely, as we have had a house sheep called Elvis a house chicken called Madam, ferrets, rats, mice, parrots, rabbits and of course dogs and cats. I currently have a one and a half year old ferret called Zoe.
My hobbies are: swimming, kayaking, biking (yes I bike!) and when I can I like to tackle a big pot or two.
So now you know who you’re dealing with; a crazy, adrenalin seeking, pot throwing blind man! Thank you for visiting my site and God Bless.
